Dental Staffing Criteria
Dentists:
- Must be currently licensed in state of Louisiana/Mississippi (whichever is applicable)
- Hepatitis B vaccination verification (written verification or signed waiver required) OR verification indicating immunity
- Current CPR certification
- Must have current malpractice/liability insurance
Dental Hygienists:
- Must be currently licensed in state of Louisiana/Mississippi (whichever is applicable)
- Hepatitis B vaccination verification (written verification or signed waiver required) OR verification indicating immunity
- Current CPR certification
- Must have current malpractice/liability insurance
Dental assistants/Front desk personnel
- MUST have a minimum of 1 year experience
- Hepatitis B vaccination (written verification or signed waiver required) OR verification indicating immunity (may exclude front desk personnel)
- EDDA must have Louisiana State Board of Dentistry certificate
- Knowledge of computer dental software(recommended)
- Radiology certificate (assistants only).
